Thank You Q&N

Thank you for your very special gift.  Not only was it totally unexpected and belly-laugh hilarious, it was touching.  Truly, it made me feel really good that someone out there was thinking of me and went to such great lengths, taking time from their own busy, busy lives to drop by with a precious gift.  So, so, so, so funny!!!  It's so nice knowing that no matter how busy our lives get and how little we see of each other, you guys are out there somewhere and we're friends forever.  Maybe we can reunite when our kids are grown and we have 10 minutes?   Again, I stress:  SO FREAKING FUNNY!

Williams - The Coast

A couple weekends back (when it was actually nice and sunny) we took the kids to the coast. We went to Cannon Beach to check out the tide pools. Little did we know that there are a bunch of nazi treehuggers there protecting the pools and freak out when you step on a piece of seaweed. We did see some pretty cool starfish, crabs, barnicles, and anemonies though. It was probably one of the warmest day's we have experienced at the coast in the 11 years that we have been here.
