Don't fall in love with your students
because they always leave
and it will break your heart.
Inform your friends that the last few weeks in May
you WILL fall off of the face of the earth
because work is INCREDIBLY chaotic.
When summer hits there are no more excuses
for why your book isn't finished.
Face it, you may not be able to do this.

Oh, thank heavens, you are alive! I was so lucky to get that impromptu lunch date. Summer!
yep- totally alive... and haven't been to the gym in 2 1/2 weeks!!! I'm DREADING it tomorrow. As hard as it is to go regularly, it's even worse to go back after you haven't been in forever. triple doople UGGGGG!!!!!
